Japanese Chin
The Japanese Chin is a friendly good natured little dog that is very affectionate and makes a great companion. These dogs need grooming daily.

The Japanese Chin is happy with a few short walks each day and is classed as a low exercise requirements breed of dog.

Children: Are good around children, although they can get injured rather easily playing with boisterous children.

What to Watch Out For
Their long fur is going to bring in mud and dirt from outside into your home. You are going to have to groom the dog on a daily basis.
The dog has bulbous eyes, which are prone to injury. The dog has a short nose, which means they are prone to snoring and finding breathing difficult in hot weather.
